Dear Sebastian,
We have a buddy called Rebecca who is in Reception. We are in Yr 5 and
6 and we look after her. Our names are Jessamy, Emma and Matt.
We went on your website
to look at the books. Rebecca was not interested until we showed her
'The Lost Cygnet.' She liked counting the baby animals :) She was a
bit shy, sucking her 2 fingers, but we all enjoyed it. Rebecca started
to do tiger impressions when she saw all the animals. We all had fun
asking her questions and we will come back to your website soon. !!!!!
Yours sincerely,
Emma, Matt and Jessamy

for
eg. A caddisfly Nymph eats the water weed.We even learnt a bit ourselves!Lucy
especially liked Sebastians Ryhmes and thought the swan story was
very good.We had great fun and we hope to write to you again!

favorite one was the rhyming one.I thought it was really child friendly.
My buddy was thrilled with the message you left at the end of the
book.
When you are year 5/6 you
have reception kids to look after. You take a small amount of responsibility
over them.
It makes us take care of little kids.
I like your website and
hope to visit it again!

Dear Sebastian,
In our school we have buddy groups. These help us to look
after the younger children. In year 5 and 6 we pair up with a reception
child. Our buddy is Abigail and she really enjoyed the website.
She liked the big books
especially Guess Who, but some of the questions were pretty hard and
we had trouble answering some of them ourselves!! Abi also liked the
maths activity when you had to order the numbers from 1-20. We did
several of these and she would have liked to have done more if we
had the time.:)
We all found the website
exciting and interesting and in the future would like to see even
more games and big books.
Yours sincerely
Rosie,Richard and Abigail.

Dear Sebastian,
In our school we have buddy groups. This is when Years 5 &
6 get together with a child from Reception. We meet together occasionally
and look out for them through the school. Our last time together was
going on your website.
Our buddy, James thinks
that your website is great fun. He especially liked
the big books and maths activities. We looked at lots of books including
Guess Who.
We thought that the website
was at the level of our buddies. It had great
questions and our buddy liked the pictures. We liked the maths activities
as
well.Our only criticism
was that some of the books were a little confusing. Even for us!
We would really like you
to put some more big books on your website because our buddy really
enjoyed them.Thank you for reading our letter.

Dear Sebastian,
In my school we have a buddy scheme. The children in year 5 and 6
look after the small children sometimes. Our last activity together
was going on your website.
We enjoyed Sebastian Swan's
website because it helped my 5 year old buddy to learn from this website.
We all enjoyed finding out about Swan's. The best part of the website
was definately the books!
Yours Sincerely,
Izzy

Dear Sebastian,
At are school we have a buddy program. The year 5 and 6 children look
after and sometimes do activities with the reception children. Our
buddy is called Henry.
With Henry we went on your web site. We thought that the games were
good for his age group. The books he liked the most because he wanted
to go on them all the time!!! The guess who game was good for Henry
because he was able to try and guess what animal is hiding.
We did the colouring in, he found it quite hard but in the end he did
it. His
favorite book was The Lost Sygnet. He thought it was a really great book.
We thought that the site could be improved by using more pictures
and stories and having a colouring competition.
Your Sincerely,
Andrew
