We really liked guessing the different animals that were in the Rainforrest.
Our favourite animal was the Carpet Snake, because we liked the
different colours and the scales. We have learnt lots of facts when reading your book Guess Who.

Dear Sydney,
I am a teacher of a Year One class at Cheadle Primary School in Staffordshire. We have been reading your 'Guess Who?' book this week in our literacy lessons. The children have loved the book and have all been thinking about questions to ask you about yourself and the rainforest. We hope you reply to our e-mail.
Here are some of the questions the children have asked.

Why does the seeds the cassowary eats come out in its droppings?
How old are the animals?
Whay are their animals in the rainforest?
What's a cassowary's nest made out of?
Why do fruit bats hang upside down?
How many animals are in the rainforest?
Why do the animals like the rainforest?
Why do snakes slither?
How do the animals get there food?
Do cobra snakes live in the rainforest?
Why do the monkeys hang upside down?

We have worked really hard on our questions.
