


In the autumn... the leaves on some trees change colour. What
colours can you see here? There are red, yellow, orange, green and brown leaves.
In the autumn... we can see cobwebs. What animal do you think made this
cobweb? This cobweb was made by a spider. Spiders make webs to trap flying insects.
They like to eat the insects when they are hungry. Yum!
In the autumn... we can see lots of red berries. Who do you think would
like to eat these berries? Here is a bird that likes to eat these red berries. Did you hear the
bird singing?
In the autumn... animals begin to hibernate in the leaves. Who do you
think is under these leaves? This hedgehog is sleeping under the leaves. It is too cold for him to
hunt for food. Did you hear him snoring?
In the autumn... we can see lots of mushrooms. Who do you think has
been nibbling these? A millipede has been nibbling the mushrooms.
In the autumn... pumpkins grow big. They are ready for us to eat. Who
has been eating this one?
This woodmouse was hungry and started to eat the pumpkin.
